Refund Policy

At Doctesk, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, we want to hear from you and make it right.

Eligible refunds:

If the service provided by one of our experts does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
If there was a technical issue with the platform that prevented you from accessing the service, we will issue a full refund.
If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase, we will refund the duplicate amount.

How to request a refund:

Provide your order number and the reason for your refund request.
Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on the next steps.

Refund Processing:

Once your request has been approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment processor, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exclusions:

Subscription-based services are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are not available for services that have been fully used or consumed.
Refunds will not be given for services that were provided more than 14 days ago.
Refunds are not available for services that were provided as part of a promotion or special offer.
